Free Verse in Poetry
Free verse is a type of poem that is free from structural limitations. It doesn't have any strict meter or rhyme schemes with fixed forms. Nonetheless, it still allows poets to utilize alliteration, rhyme, cadences, and rhythms that they may consider fitting for their piece. To put it simply, free verse poems allow ideas to flow and be expressed freely and creatively with the accompaniment of various poetry strategies as per the poet's will.
The path we walk
on is a thread
Woven by the judicators of fate
Who preordain our days.
But do not misunderstand
For our destinies
lie within our hands.
Each step we take
Is our own choice
to make.
Everything we’ve
experienced
Are results of
what we’ve decided.
Henceforth, we are
in control of our fate
For we are the judicators
who weave the threads
That determines
the path we forge ahead.
